Rainy, nasty day today. It is always hard to feel motivated to do the right thing when it is grey and wet outside. That cold, miserable weather just seems to soak into my bones.
I had to drive out to pick up some chicken feed today, so I was out of the house about two hours. The rest of the day was spent knitting, cooking, and playing with animals!
Food-wise, it was a difficult day to track. I think I have it all covered, but today was a nibble here, nibble there,

Well, to counterbalance yesterday, I did very well on the exercise today, but not so great in the food department!!
I didn't really do a breakfast/lunch/dinner thing. Instead, I think I ate a piece of carrot and had my coffee while making breakfast for everyone, then I had to run to the craft store to set up my booth. I was feeling exceptionally lazy today, so I didn't have the best record, exercise-wise. But every once in a while, you need a mental health day, and today was mine.
I didn't do any programmed exercise today, but I did spend a lot of time outside, hanging up bird houses, weeding, visiting with the goats, collecting eggs, all the stuff I normally do, but this is the first day in WEEKS I've felt good enough to do it again and enjoy it! Kind of wore myself out....
I think I did pretty well today. I started out the day with my traditional two cups of coffee, and then decided to "cheat" and weigh myself. I weighed 150.6, so already a pound less than last week's weigh in. I am hoping, hoping, hoping to break 150 this Saturday, and to keep it under that!
Took a shower and actually tried to do something with my hair other than pulling it into a pony-tail. I'm still working from home, so I didn't change out of sweatpants and a t-shirt,
