Another week of extremes for me. The weather started out like spring, and I am listening to the lightning and rain pouring down as I type this entry. I spent last Sunday enjoying my home and my new resident bunny, then I jumped in my car and drove to the bay area to arrest a drug dealer or two, then back home and on the couch to recover from a cold that won't go away. Ooh, it has been a few days since I've held myself accountable!
Okay, breakfast today was organic oatmeal with rice milk. I diced up a couple of the apple slices I dried a few months ago and added them to the oatmeal to get my fruit/veggie quota for the day.
Nibbled on snow peas and carrots as I was making the bunny some breakfast.
Lunch was 1/2 of a chicken enchilada with rice and beans and a diet cola.
Dinner was a soy milk and
Just a quick one, because it is late; I am on battery power; and I have to get up at 3:30 am tomorrow.
I am giving myself a C for the day. I just flat out ran out of time to work out, so no exercise. I DID do my upper arm free weights and my sit-ups.
My two meals today consisted of sushi at about 9:30 am and a baked penne pasta with a salad at about 5:00 pm. I drank about 3 glasses of water total, although I did juice two blood oranges this morning and also drank

I mentioned in my thread on the grocery budget reduction challenge that I was overcharged for organic bananas. Well, I went back to the store today with my receipt, and they gave me the WHOLE price back!! So I'm $7.62 in the black AND I got the 7 lbs of bananas for free!
(Kudos to Bel-Air, btw, for fantastic customer service!)

Plugging along, really hoping for a one pound loss this week! I am worried about it, because I have to go out of town tomorrow for an overnight trip, so that will be two days of eating on the road and no exercise to speak of - always a challenge. I'm hoping to get my treadmill time in tomorrow morning before I leave.
