    Pretty good day today. Breakfast was an applesauce mini-loaf, an apple, a hard-boiled egg, and 2 cups of coffee. Lunch was a pita bread with hummus that I made myself! (Very tasty!!) After that, I went out for a short walk, only about 2 miles, then did some free weights for my arms. Dinner was a big salad. I was VERY tempted to not eat dinner, because I am worried about not losing any weight for my weigh-in tomorrow, but I decided that would be cheating, in a way, as my whole goal is to find ...

    Pretty good day today, although it could have stood some improvement.

    I started my day with 2 cups of water, 2 cups of coffee, an apple, and 1/2 mini-loaf of applesauce bread. Had a pita bread and a big serving of baked brussels sprouts for lunch. That pretty much held me all day, until I had a late dinner of soup.

    Drank my eight glasses of water, and managed to space them out throughout the day.

    Every day I do a little better.

    For breakfast, I had 3/4 of an apple, 2 cups of coffee, and some steamed green beans. For lunch, a pita bread and a small jar of apple sauce. For dinner, I had soup and a second pita bread. I also drank eight cups of water today.

    I got back on the treadmill this afternoon, and I made it 20 minutes before I had to stop. Hoping to get back up to 30 minutes tomorrow.

  5. My business stumbles forward....

    Totally unexpected development on the business front today. I have seen a little craft store on my way to/from work every day for almost a year now. I have never stopped in. Today, I wasn't in a hurry, and I thought, hey, what the heck. I'll give it a once-over. I am not typically the kind who stops at craft stores (although I'll slam on the brakes and cause a nine-car pile-up at the whiff of a bead or yarn store), so I'm still not really sure what got into my head.
