Today is Friday, so I am giving myself permission to wear jeans to work. Nevertheless, I wore clean, nice jeans, as well as a button-down shirt. I did some miniimal make-up, and I think I looked put-together by the end of it all.
I had oatmeal with rice milk for breakfast, and a cup of coffee, before leaving for work. I missed lunch (AGAIN), but did mooch some french fries off of a co-worker. Had a veggie sandwich when I got home. Drank eight glasses of water and took my

Started my day at 3:00a, which meant I was tired ALL day. I had to be in San Francisco for a meeting in the morning, so I had to leave my house at 4:30a.

I was operating on only a couple of hours of sleep, because I had to get into work and chair a meeting on Monday, so I was preparing all night Sunday.
I got 25 minutes on the treadmill in, but ran out of time to really get ready, so the hair went up into a pony-tail. I did do a five-minute face, so I wasn't totally blah, but the
