Got off to a fantastic start today! Before leaving for work, I walked 20 minutes on the treadmill, drank my eight glasses of water, and worked out with the free weights.
I dressed very business casual and took a bit of time to do my make-up and hair. With the addition of the foster puppies, I am elbow deep in bleach, to clean up after their little "accidents." My new trick was to slather my hands in cream (True Blue Spa's "Look Ma New Hands" - love it and got a tube for free from a friend who has a family member who works at Bath
