Ok, so the weight thing has been slow. But I logged in the sparkspeople to pull up my work out, need to write it, and remembered in September I did measurements.

Since September, I've lost 4 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips, 1.5 inches off my thighs! So I'm making some progress, albeit slow, but progress none the less.

Now to do something to offset the pizza I ate for lunch. Only 2 pieces, but it's so fatty..lol.

    That is huge! I've always said that it doesn't matter what the scale says, it's the changes you see in your body. The new thing now is that if your waist is smaller than 32 inches, you're less likely to have heart disease (women). Who knows? But inches are a big deal. Good for you!

    4 inches of the waist is huge. your pants must be around your ankles. Is that about 2 sizes.

    I dunno how many sizes, I don't go by sizes. I'm a hard to fit, period, being more of the icon of the 50's for shape, all waists are big, I have to buy to fit thigh and hip. But my favorites are loose for sure. Have to use the belt. But going to wait for a bit to see what happens, i'm at a big of a stand still right now. Once the thyroid is regulated more should come off. My waist has been under the 31 mark, I gain on my butt and thigh mostly. I was surprised to see the waist drop so much. Now if it would TONE too..lol.
