Ok, so the weight thing has been slow. But I logged in the sparkspeople to pull up my work out, need to write it, and remembered in September I did measurements.
Since September, I've lost 4 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips, 1.5 inches off my thighs! So I'm making some progress, albeit slow, but progress none the less.
Now to do something to offset the pizza I ate for lunch. Only 2 pieces, but it's so fatty..lol.
