Murphy has gotta go.

As I mentioned, I totally jinxed myself last Friday morning. I told dd that we were so lucky this year as we won't need to do more interviews as no one is leaving the daycare.

WELL... that Murphy needs to learn to mind his manners and not eavesdrop. Friday afternoon I got notice that one little guy would be leaving at the end of the month, he is in fact done tomorrow.

And if that wasn't bad enough, Murphy has now struck again. My dd5 best friend, who is in the daycare, is also leaving. Her dad was laid off today. So now I'm short 2 kids. This last one I wish it would have waited until August as dd5 would have a friend to play with all summer. I was kinda lost what to do with her come school as she was going to school full time, but still taking a full space in the dayhome, at a loss of $500/mo. So, this does settle the situation. I don't typically take this age group, but since her and dd were so close I would not terminate the contract. I know too nice. But couldn't it wait until August?

So on top of a shrinking income due to me taking holidays, I am now down even more. (About $1100 a month short this summer).

MURPHY GO AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully, by the time you're back from your holiday something will pan out.
Murphy is bound to get bored with you soon...
