And I'm shocked at the amount of poopy stuff we've had this past year!! I've had emergency surgery, twice! One would think that as stuff comes out, an added bonus would be losing weight - nooooooo. Unfortunately, that just doesn't happen.
A coyote got one rooster (the other ticked us off, so we got him). Two of our lady chickens have died, with random symptoms, if any.

This past Saturday DH and I went to the Tunbridge, VT World's Fair. We took seldom (to us) roads, as ther's no easy way to get "theah from heah" as the locals will put it. We were both flabber ghasted at the amount of damage there still is, and at hastily re-done sections of road a HALF-MILE in length that were just gone, not moved from here to there, but gone. The grey sediment has dried on trees and lawns, easily 40 feet above the level of the brooks and streams now.
