    Well my husband eyeballed the taxes and over 30k went to the Federal and probably another 20k went to the state. Then all the property taxes on all the land. I hope I don't also loose the college write off. I already got bitten on that one a last year, my 22 year old worked hard and graduated early, but because she graduated in less than 5 months they would not let us write off any of the college expense.She also married so lost another dependent also. The 25 year old is over age so we can't write ...

    Ok, back to the my normal self, enough complaining.

    Here's an update on how I did on the challenges for the month of February:

    Menu Plan
    We went off plan and ate out 2 times in February. So, we followed plan 26 days, which is great! I cooked 2 new recipes: Slow Cooked Southwest Chicken and Tuna Casserole. They were both hits! The chicken one has already been requested again.
