Lately, there just haven't been enough hours in the day to get everything done. Last week was crazy, but things are starting to slow down a bit.
Lose a Pound a Week
I didn't exercise AT ALL last week and I ate out quite a bit. On the upside I lost .2 pounds. I did weigh myself on Saturday morning and I came in at 154.2.
I made a promise to myself to do better this week. I did 25 minutes on the elliptical machine and a 60 minute muscle conditioning class yesterday.

Last night DH wrote the first "paid in full" check, and transfered a goodly amount into savings. Can I get a "woo" and two "hoo"s?
Our tax refund will make a sizable payment on another account, and then we will be snowballing indeed.
Saturday we are going to see a play. The tix were a bit expensive but we really only get 2 or 3 dates a year with the lack of sitters (and that's counting the company party, how pathetic), so I'm not going
I've been giving this alot of thought here lately. As you tell by my posts.
The more researching & reading that I've been doing, the more I realize that there seem to be phases that one goes through when 'stockpiling' or adding food for 'food storage'.

You really didn't have the foggiest idea where to begin, or how to even go about it.

Aiee...today was a fat hen day. I was all over the place. I think the unexpected arrival of my order of chicks, along with the stress of having to put drops in Colton's ear twice daily (which he HATES), and trying to get back to the work grind, just took its toll. I stumbled big-time.
Let's see...first, I'll admit to ZERO exercise today. I didn't do a dag-blamed thing.
I only had 6 cups of water, because I remembered suddenly, at 8pm, that I hadn't had any water
Today flew by! I guess that's good. We had a meeting at work from the Rapid Response Workforce group. They have information for employees getting laid off such as interviewing & resume workshops, credit counseling, unemployment, job search help, training, and etc. It was very informative and interesting. This just means my layoff is imminent....only a little over 4 months.
For dinner, we had Beef Enchiladas. They were yummy as usual.
We went to the Y and I
