I woke up feeling like crud, so I stayed home and nursed a cold all day. That being said, no treadmill, because I couldn't even muster up the energy to look at it!
I had 1/4 mini-loaf of my applesauce bread and 1/2 nectarine, because I shared breakfast with the parrots. One cup of coffee.
I drank my 8 glasses of water, so kept up there, anyway.
Lunch consisted of a handful of organic flaxseed tortilla chips with roasted garlic hummus. Sounds decadent,

I had 2 subscriptions that I have been meaning to cancel. I cancelled the one on Wednesday and found the number for the next today
There are moments I'm braindead.
I worked out my monthly budget for February today. We have a hotel stay at the end of the month. By doing some tweaking in a few areas, we can pay cash, maintain our snowball and savings plan! Just means, a little less on groceries, a little less pocket money, pray no big fieldtrips at school..lol.
In no particular order:
Bourbon steak, baked potatoes, veg, salad
Barbecue-y short ribs, garlic mashed, veg, salad
Beef stew with cognac and horseradish, jalapeno cornbread
Roast beef with horseradish gravy, mashed potatoes, Greek salad, hm rolls, Key lime pie ~ we are having company for dinner
Baked rotini, salad, garlic bread
Balsamic chicken with thyme, rice, veg
Tavern Soup, salad, bread
While i have an EF, after some discussion on the board yesterday, and the uncertain future of our economy, I'm going to increase savings. I'm going to mess up the order of things a little bit, and start on our 6mo EF.
I have Baby EF. $1000 won't go far. So I'm working on it.
My first goal is to put 3 mo of mortgage payments.
Yesterday I opened the Tax free savings account. I transferred $65 into it. Next week I'll add a little more. I have set up a regular

So my goals are.1. Loose weight and get in shape, lower cholesterol and get better control of the diabetes.Lost 6 pounds and probably gained it back this week. I was stress eating from the job. I am frankly afraid to get on the scale. I will do that this weekend
2. Fix house number 3,4 and get house number one and 2 rented House number 3 is close to being done(Feb.), but I haven't received a statement so hopefully
