Bad enough with all my health issues, and dh's ALS, now they think he's got something else major going on. . . heavy duty tests planned on Friday. . .
It just never stops.
After 3 weeks trying to keep to the $50 a week I am running into a problem... I can't take advantage of loss leaders as much as I like.... for example when chicken was $1 a pound I only could buy what I could spare from $50 and so I end up losing in the long run....and I am slowing diminishing my stockpile in some things (like I can't afford to spend $20 on olive oil or $50 on bulk wheat kernals even though in the long run I would save money KWIM?)

Ok, after much self-debate, I have decided to do the fund transfer, this will pay off that darn card in just a couple months now.
AND I CUT THAT SUCKER UP! Once the mortgage is renewed, I will close it. Don't need my rating adversely affected prior. But a nice $0 balance will look nice to them So it closes Jan '10.
I also cut up my other $0 balance card! I don't want to ever use that one again. Again, I'll close it in Jan '10.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! 22 TODAY
I gave myself yesterday off, for the federal holiday.
Today was a great day, especially since I had to get in early to get to a meeting.
I did everything right. I got up early and did 30 minutes on the treadmill while watching "What Not to Wear." I had a bowl of oatmeal with rice milk and a few cups of water while getting ready for work.
Dressed in business casual and French-braided my hair. Drank one cup of coffee while getting ready.
