My wife and I are extreme homebodies. I work at home and have worked at home for the past decade. My wife left a successful law practice almost ten years ago to stay at home and be a full time mom and wife. Today I start to change my ways. Less junk, more healthful foods. Note, I didn't say NO junk, just less.
Starting last night I've committed to no food after 7 pm. This is a big one for me. Anything after 7pm is pure empty calories. But not to say on family nights I won't have something. We do family pajama nights once a month. Just not every night a gorge.
