We stayed on plan these two days.
Tuesday we had Jambalaya, corn and Texas Toast for dinner. We went and worked out at the Y, we tried a new 30 minute circuit work out. There are around 30 stations. You do each station for 1 minute. It alternates between a strength stations and cardio. It was okay, I sure felt the strength stations. (Arms, legs, etc). The part I didn't like was that on the cardio stations there were bikes and other things that I had to adjust height on. I am
Here it is! It's January 1st and I'm all sorts of excited about the new year!
I may not be feeling as well as I had hoped, but at least my mental outlook for the year is completely and utterly positive. I need it to be or things may not go as I had planned. So what are my plans? Here's a look!
My two main goals for this year are debt reduction and finishing my book. Oh, and I have a few more smaller goals: meal planning and no more eating out. The book and debt
In about half an hour, 2008 will be gone forever. It saddens me to see it go, as it marks another part of my life that is lost to me. But I face its leaving with an equal amount of hope, as well. With a new year comes new possibilities, and new opportunities. I can only tremble in anticipation, and wait to see what 2009 lays at my doorstep.
Today I made a little luxury purchase. I purchased fabric to make a carry all bag for myself. I got some beautiful fabric, at 50% off. So $18. Very nice indeed.
I tucked the receipt into my calendar with the check register and marked it when i get home. I know exactly what's in the account. I have $700 to last until payday(tomorrow..lol). $200 is a payment to make, and $500 to the snowball. Then I start fresh with the new payday.
