I have been pretty busy lately and haven't been online much.
9/17/08 - Dh's mom made us some of her Enchiladas. She brought over the recipe, so I can make them whenever I want. They were really good and she made me special cheeseless ones.
9/18/08 - We had Tuna Helper tonight as planned. We had the Creamy Brocolli flavor as DH says we have 5 of them in the cupboard.
9/19/08 - I decided I didn't want to cook and we had plenty of leftovers in the fridge.
I wasn't able to determine why we have extra in the account. I didn't have time. I printed it off, and it looks like they didn't take off our car and house insurance, so I don't think there is extra. It's year end now, so I don't think they take out for the last month, but will take double in October, so I'm leaving that money there for October, and have to adjust my calendar so that I am sure the extra is there! I just need to figure out where the insurance money starts and ends so I can do my
Yesterday, was a super busy day. In the morning, dd4 had dance, that was cute. Got home, fed the kids got daycare child on the bus, then dd4 on the bus. One parent picked up their child, then I headed to school with the last munchkin. I helped with kindercooking. I was to be the "helper", but the "lead" showed up 20 minutes late and I had everything ready to go. She would stand around unless directed. I'm now TAKING the lead as she appears to not be dependable to be there. Had

My surgical leg is so swollen tonight -- and the other leg is hurting so bad (not sure I can wait a year to get it operated on)
I'm running out of options for pain relief and working.
Tonight we are having spaghetti with homemade french bread. Cost about $2.50 for the 4 of us. So about half of what I'm trying to keep our goal at.
Washed laundry in cold water & hung outside to dry. Have all the windows open, so no ac today.
Hoping to organize & clean the pantry this afternoon so we can start stockpiling this week-end. Trying to get started on a 6 month supply of canned goods & dry items.
