I am so proud of myself....I have been carefully collecting strategies and applying them..... One is stretccccchhhhhhing the meat.
Last week superstore had chicken legs on at $1 a pound in 11 pound bunches.
I defrosted them and cut allmost all into leg/ thigh pieces (all except for 4 complete legs).
Then I took the whole legs and popped them in the crockpot. Seasoned them and cooked them on low for 8 hours.
