Not a bad day, overall. I drank all eight glasses of water, took my vitamin, and I went on my four mile walk/run. I didn't do weights, but it was intentional, because I spent about 90 minutes outside, digging holes for future trees.
Today was weigh-in day, and I have lost two pounds this week, and six pounds since the first of the month! Woo hoo!!
