Much better day today. I got all my exercising in, including my sit-ups, push-ups, and 4 miles of running/walking. It has been raining NON-STOP for DAYS, and just after I decided I was going to go for my walk in the rain, the sun suddenly appeared in the sky, so I decided to take advantage of it. Happily, it stayed sunny the rest of the day!
Food: breakfast was yogurt with granola and 2 cups of coffee; lunch was soup; snack of 1/4 cup of roasted unsalted sunflower seeds; another ...
