    Recently I went through a very stressful period in my life. I usually handle stress pretty well, but for some reason this time was different. The stress was making me ill.     Happy Friday!

    We've been enjoying barbecue pulled pork (courtesy of my successful experiment with the pressure cooker) and cole slaw sandwiches all week. I was on such a roll that night that I also made some oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, and I'm pretty sure the hubby thought he'd died and gone to heaven! Although he wasn't quite sure what to make of the sweet tea...that was a new experience for him.
