Apple Quick Bread

Recipe Description
apple cinnamon flavor bread
Preparation Steps:
grease and flour two loaf pans
preheat oven to 350 degrees
peel and coarsly cut 2 large green apples
(aprox. 2 cups)

about 10 minutes of prep and an hour to bake
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
2 tsps vanilla extract
2 cups green apples (peeled and carsely cut)
In bowl 1 mix the flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda.

In bowl 2 beat the eggs. Add the sugar, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.

Add bowl 1 and 2 together. Mix well. Stir in the cut up apple.

Pour in the prepared loaf pans and bake for aprox. 55 minutes or until a butter knife when inserted comes out clean.

You can also sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar mixed together on top before baking for a slightly sweeter top.
