Double Chocolate Chip Muffins

The recipe for the double chocolate chip muffins that are in my blog.

Ingredients:
150g/5oz self-raising flour
150g/5oz margarine
150g/5oz sugar
2 eggs
75g/3oz chocolate chips
100g/3½oz drinking chocolate powder (or 1 tbsp cocoa powder)
Serves:
Makes 12
Directions:
1. Sieve the flour and drinking chocolate or cocoa powder into a large mixing bowl, then add the margarine, sugar, eggs and chocolate chips.
2. Mix well until creamy, add a drop of warm water if the mixture isn't coming together very well.
3. Spoon the mixture into 12 large paper cake cases.
4. Place in the oven at 190C/375F/Gas 5 until well risen and springy to the touch. Approx 16-18 minutes
5. Cool on a wire rack.
