    Smile Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

    Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins


    Recipe Description
    Yummy and moist and freeze really well...
    Preparation Steps:
    Preheat oven at 400 degrees F. Bake for 16-20 minutes
    Level of Difficulty:
    Easy
    Time Needed:Ingredients:
    4 eggs
    2c.sugar
    1 can plain pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. oil (applesauce can also be used)
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. chocolate chips
    Serves:
    24 or so muffins
    Directions:
    Mix in order, line your muffin tins, fill 2/3 full and bake ...

    do you use the same ammount of AS as you do oil?

    When I substitute apple sauce for oil I use the same amount it calls for.
