    Default Pumpkin Muffins

    Pumpkin Muffins

    Recipe Description
Really easy. Super moist. Only 92cal per muffin according to the calculation site I used!
    Preparation Steps:
Preheat oven to temperature listed on cake mix box
Line muffin tin with paper liners or spray with nonstick
    Level of Difficulty:
    Easy
    Time Needed:
    2mins + 18min to bake
    Ingredients:
Moist Spice Cake Mix (I like to use duncan hines)

    1/2c Water

    15oz. Can of 100% pumpkin
    Serves:
    24 muffins
    Directions:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients & mix well.

Spoon into muffin tins & bake according to time on cake mix box (2 Tbsp. in each yielded 24 muffins for me)

***please note, you do not use the oil & eggs called for in the cake mix, just the mix itself!

I am DEFINITELY going to make these for thanksgiving. Did they come out moist? I know sometimes box cake is dry and I usually make my own but I am looking for something super easy like this...

Yes, they're very moist. I've made them with chocolate cake & pumpkin too, and those are delicious as well.

It sounds so easy to make. I also am finding the box cake mixes on sale around this time too. Thanks.
