a huge amount. Can use homemade buttermilk. The
best part is it's ready and waiting to make a hot
breakfast of the morning. Just spray muffin tin, fill
and pop in the oven. In 15 minutes you've got a
healthy hot breakfast on the table.

    1 (15 oz.) box Post
    Raisin bran

    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    Extra raisins, if
    desired
    Serves:Directions:

Wow! Does this bring back memories!

I used to make these all the time. In the time it took me to bake the muffins, I could take a quick shower and get my son out of bed and ready for school / daycare / and lunches packed. Thanks for the recipe again. It truly is delicious!
