Cheesy garlic pull apart
Recipe Descriptionooey gooey pull apart bread, you'll probably have to make 2!!Preparation Steps:Dissolve yeast in water, add remaining dough ingredients, mix thoroughly cover in greased bowl to rise for 30-45 minutes until doubled in sizeLevel of Difficulty:
Melt butter add garlic, green onion & onion powder to butter set asideEasyTime Needed:1.5 hoursIngredients:DOUGHServes:
3 1/2 c bread flour
1 1/3 c warm water
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp active dry yeast
2 Tbsp olive oil
TOPPING/FILLING
2 stk butter
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp onion powder
2 Tbsp green onion (diced)
1 c mozzarella cheese (about 1 cup)1 loafDirections:turn dough out onto floured surface, knead a few times roll out about 1/2" thick and cut into biscuits, cut each biscuits in 4th's dip each piece into butter mixture and put into greased bundt pan.
Once the bottom of the pan is covered add some of your cheese, then more biscuit pieces to cover cheese, then another layer of cheese until your out of biscuit pieces.
Pour the remaining butter mixture over the top of biscuits and bake in 350* for 35-45 minutes until brown on top.
Let cool in pan and turn out on serving plate, brush with butter and YUM!!
