Who is getting ready for camping season?

Wish I could talk Jack into it. We always camped when I was a kid and I love it. We have a couple of campgrounds close by so we could come home to feed and check on the kids.

Last year we went for a drive and stopped to check out campers. I think I am starting to get through to him that camping isn't what it used to be!

So who is cleaning out that camper or making sure your tent is in good repair for the upcoming season?

Oh I'd love to have a fold down camper, better yet a motorhome. Thats the only way to camp in my books.

We rented a motorhome a few years ago and travelled to northern B.C. We had a microwave, a/c, tv, shower, etc. etc. It was wonderful.

Alas, we don't have a camper or a motorhome. A tent will have to do, which I think we will be purchasing this summer.

I've got a long list of to-do's in our camper. I got new pans - for the house- and I've got to switch-out the old ones with the camper.

Have to go out & check that we have all the towels & such put back from last season.

I'm itchin for campin'. We wanted to go tonight, but it's too yucky outside & that's no fun with a toddler.

We have a pop-up-camper and love it. DH and the boys have already started talking about camping. I haven't opened it up to air it out yet. I need to remember to do that soon. I like to have it packed with everything for the season. It sures makes camping much more fun when you don't have to keep unloading and loading everything.

We just bought a pop-up camper this weekend. I'm soooo excited and we can't wait for our first trip. We have been tenters for a few years so this is a great way to extend the season!
