The funny thing about my mom and dad.
My mom was born in Noelville and married my father.
    His last name was Noel.

Sorry I don't know Monique Beaulieu.

    Hi Everyone,
Bringing up the rear here. I was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec and now live in beautiful British Columbia, Vancouver to be exact. I've been here over fifteen years and regret not having moved out here even earlier.

    Nice to see Canadians here.

    Hi Kathleen,

I went to Highschool at Steveston High in Richmond.
I also lived in Pierrefonds and Laval Ouest close to Montreal.

Vancouver is a nice place to be! But soooo expensive!

Re: Wasga Beach....I think I have gone with in the last 10 years - man I feel really old being able to type that! Last time I was there, the beach by the strip, you could walk out pretty far...I dunno 3km's and still be at hip/waist deep in the water. I'm not overly tall either. I'd love to go back and visit. There was a huge fire there last year I think and part of the strip got burnt down and now....I do not know what they did to 're-invent' that area. All I know is there's too many punky kids parading around in coloured dental floss assuming they're covered up by bikini's and mouthy males Yep...I DO feel old LOL. *Curtsies*

My parents moved to DT TO for a few years when I was 19..the first time I was there I found it a little overwhelming, but I sure loved the shopping and theatre. There were some SUPER restaurants there as well, but alas, not so aligned with my attempted frugality
I heart NS, and hope you move back here soon I'm like the one person "COME BACK" team. At least if you mover to Calgary or Fort Mac the chances are you'd meet lots of people from home

Born and raised in Vancouver BC until I was 13, we then moved to North Delta, BC. I have also lived in Surrey and Burnaby, BC ( These cities are all part of the Greater Vancouver area).

I moved to Kelowna BC in 1992 and I love it here we actually get 4 seasons here, lol, still have family on the coast/island and get back to visit now and then.

Born in Belleville, Ontario, spent several years in Wellington (Prince Edward County, Ontario). Moved to upstate NY to live with mom, did some school and now live South of Rochester with DBF.

Also spent a few summers in PEI with grandparents who have land on the beach. This was a while ago - before the bridge!

I've lived in southwestern Ontario almost my entire life. (I know that I sound old when I say "entire", but I'm not that old!...lol!)

Born in NW Ont., moved to a number of provinces. Then moved to Wpg., Manitoba for 16 years. We left there and moved to our little town SW of Brandon in Manitoba. Love the prairies.

Born in Elk Point, Alberta, grew up in Northern AB, now live in Central AB. Can't really imagine being anywhere else. Sure I might gripe, but in the end, this is home and where we want to be.
