Default World's Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge....

Boil 2 cups sugar and 1/2 cup milk for three minutes (a good rolling boil)
    Remove from heat and add:

12 oz jar peanut butter (I use Jif)
    7 oz jar marshmallow cream
Pour into buttered 8x8 or 9x9 pan after beating thoroughly.

It couldn't be easier and is sooooo good !!!!!!!

mommy2three...I have a recipe that doesn't have marshmallow cream in it. This is a recipe that has actually been in our family for at least 100 years
    2 cups of white sugar
1/2 cup of sweet milk(that's what they use to call regular milk)
Bring to a boil & boil 2-3 minutes.stir this continuosly drip a small thread of this mixture into a cup of cold water..if you can form a small ball in the bottom of the cup, then it is done. remove from heat
add: 2 cups of peanut butter(chunky type works best) & 1 tsp vanilla
beat & pour into a small pan or a big platter. candy will harden as it cools.

I am glad that my recipe turned out for you Dee...over the years that I have made it, there are times when it didn't turn out for me(guess I didn't let it cook long enough) & I had cheat & freeze it. lol
