Failed pralines
Doubled my praline recipe and they are different...sugary(gritty), and soft. Any ideas On how to fix?

It sounds like they were cooked quickly at a higher temp -- my recipe takes a long, slow time at a low temp -- if I have tried to rush it, mine turn out as you described.
