Valentines day pb cups
Peanut Butter Loving Cups
Ingredients:
Mini Hearts Baking Cups
Wilton Decorator Brush Set
Wilton Heart Treat Bags
three-quarter cup Wilton Creme Candy Filling Mix
2T hot tap water
one-quarter cup melted butter or margarine
one-quarter tsp salt (optional)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 (14oz) package Wilton Light Cocoa Candy Melts
Place Candy Filling Mix, water, butter and salt in mixing bowl. Mix at low speed for 1 minute, then at high speed for 3 minutes. Add peanut butter and graham cracker crumbs and beat at high speed until throughly blended. Add 1-2 tablespoons more water if too crumbly. Melt Candy Melts according to package directions; fill Party Cups one-half full with melted chocolate. Using brush, paint sides. Refrigerate for a few minutes. Remove. Fill with peanut butter mixture and coat top of cup with melted chocolate Candy Melts to seal.
Makes 4 dozen candies.
I found this recipe on sageonline, but they have taken down the site, but some archives are still viewable.
