tea stirrers
34 pieces flavored hard candy, crushed
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
Heavyweight clear plastic spoons
Line a jellyroll pan with waxed paper and spray with cooking spray. In a small heavy saucepan, combine crushed candies and corn syrup over low heat. Heat until candies melt, stirring constantly. Spoon melted candy into bowl of each spoon. Place spoons on prepared pan with handles on rim and spoons level. Let sit until candy hardens. Store in airtight container.

I've never seen this idea before. It's a nice twist for tea drinkers as opposed to the usual choc coffee spoons I've seen (and made). A nice addition to a gift basket. Thanks for posting!

I have made these with lemon drop candies before for tea and they were really good.
