Cream Cheese Candy1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
1 box confectioners’ sugar, sifted
1-1/2 cups pecans, chopped
1 tablespoon dark Rum
In the top of a double boiler melt the cheese.
Stir in the sugar, nuts and rum.
Drop immediately by spoonfuls onto a large sheet of waxed paper.
