recipe for easy fudge

Hi..I have used the marshmallow fluff recipe as well, and we love that. This is another easy, easy recipe with few ingredients:

No fail fudge:

8 oz. semi sweet chocolate
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup nuts, (optional)

Grease 8 X4 or 9 X 5 loaf pan.

Microwave chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in uncovered
bowl on High for about 1 min. Stir. If the choc. has not completely melted, then microwave at additional 10 - 15 sec. intervals until you are able to stir this smooth.

Stir in vanilla, and nuts, (if adding). If you want "rocky road" fudge, you may also add mini marshmallows at this time.

Spread in pan, and refrigerate until firm. I have "mini" loaf pans, and have used those. Then, instead of cutting fudge into pieces and giving as gifts.....I give the "loaf" of fudge.

Hope this helps. I have not made the old fashioned kind of fudge for years.....it failed a few too many times for me.

I made this a lil while ago

I used peanut butter and chocolate chips,added pecans,and marmillys (as Jayme says lol ).It's cooling now but I tasted a tiny bit..

This is the recipe I use every year. It's awesome.

I bought a bag of mixed semi sweet and p.b. chips last week, and I was thinking of using those instead of the semisweet.
