The recipe is really simple:

I add a little fresh balsil and some garlic to the tomatoes per glass.
For the brew, I boil 500 ml of water with 9 grams of salt and 2 grams of sugar. I pour the salt-sugar-water over the whole thing.
Then I close the jars and boil them at 80 ° C for 30 minutes.
Since it is not worth it for this amount to turn on the large pressure cooker, I cook it in a normal saucepan.
