Scalloped Potatoes and HamScalloped Potatoes and Ham
Recipe DescriptionMmm, this tastes just like my mom used to make.Preparation Steps:Slice the potatoes and onion.Level of Difficulty:
Cook the ham or you can use packaged sliced ham and just dice it up.MediumTime Needed:2 hrsIngredients:3 c. sliced potatoesServes:
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
1 can cream of celery soup
2/3 soup can of milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. diced ham (or leave out salt & use a can of Spam)
Grated cheddar cheeseA 13x9 inch baking dishDirections:Place potatoes, onions and ham in baking dish. Mix soup, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over potato mixture. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees, covered. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese and bake 15 minutes longer, uncovered. For plain scalloped potatoes, leave out ham and add extra potatoes.

This recipe sounds really good. I know my children woul love it. I will give it a try this week.
