Chicken Ole' ---Crockpot---


Recipe Description
This is wonderful! The flour shells turn soft & scoopable. Got an A+ by hubby!
Preparation Steps:
I changed the recipe somewhat..
I used chopped onion, 4 chicken tenderloins-sure wasn't 4 cups, used taco sauce-didn't measure, cut way back on the cheese-used what I had-dill cheese-shredded. I put chips on plate with ole' on top. Hubby used his as a dip with chips. I crockpot mine about 3 & half hours, not 4-5 & came out fine. Be sure to tear tortillas in about 8 pieces. Toward the end, I didn't & they came out in clumps. Enjoy!

Time Needed:
1/2 hour to put together, 4 hrs in crockpot
Ingredients:
~1 can cr of mushroom soup
~1 can of cr of chicken soup
~ 1 c sour cream
~2 Tbsp grated onion
~1 1/2 grated cheddar cheese
~12 flour tortillas, each torn into 8 pieces
~ 3-4c cubed cooked chicken
~7 oz jar salsa
~ 1/2 c grated cheese
tortilla chips & lettuce

Directions:
In bowl, combine soups, sour cream, cheese & onion.
Place 1/3 of each of the following in layers in crockpot, torn tortilla's, soup mixture, chicken, salsa. Repeat layers 2 more times. Cover & cook on LOW, 4-5 hours ((do not cook on High))
Gently stir, Sprinkle with the 1/2 c cheese.
Serve with tortilla chips & lettuce.
