    Default My favorite easy chocolate cake

    It's called upside down chocolate cake.I always double it for 9x13 in. pan.

    1 C. flour
    1/4 t. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 cup milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 T. melted oleo or oil
    4 T. cocoa
    Mix with spoon well and put in 8 in. pan.

    Topping:
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2c.brown sugar
    1 T. cocoa
    Mix together topping and sprinkle on top.Pour 1 cup of hot water over all. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.


    I love this cake been wanting to make it for the last 2 weeks but I'm trying to lose weight.
