Chocolate Pudding Mix
Ds and I put this mix together last night and then made some pudding. It turned out quite well! *** I have no idea where the recipe came from!
2 1/2 cups dry milk powder
5 cups sugar
3 cups cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa
Mix all ingredients well and store in an airtight container.
Stir the mix before using. Put 2/3 cup of mix in a saucepan and add 2 cups of milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and begins to boil. Stir for one more minute then pour into individual serving dishes. The pudding will continue to thicken as it cools.

I found this recipe SOMEWHERE just before Christmas and made a gift jar of it for my mother. My Gran used to make it for Mom when she was a girl and Mom hasn't had it sinse Gran passed on.
Gran made it for my sis and me when we were little, too!
