    Exclamation DIET COKE CHOCOLATE CAKE!!! ;o)

    I GOT THIS IN AN EMAIL YESTERDAY! IT SOUNDS PRETTY GOOD.....AND CUTS OUT ALL THAT OIL AND EGGS, ETC. WHAT DO YOU THINK?!?!?! THOUGHT I'D SHARE!! ;o);o)


    "I came upon a really good chocolate cake recipe for those of us on a diet. It is
    Diet Coke Chocolate Cake. Take a box of cake mix, add 1 can of diet soda. Mix
    by hand and pour into 9x13 pan and bake according to directions on box. It
    tastes really good and 1/12 of the cake is only 170 calories. It tastes like a
    combination of brownie and cake!"

    I've had this before--it's pretty good! You can also do vanilla cakes w/ diet sprite, ginger ale, etc.

    I do a modification of that, i use mainly applesauce, eggwhites and some coke to make it moist, i'll have to try doing it with just the coke alone!
