<DIV>In a large bowl cream together the margarine, oil and sugar. </DIV>
<DIV>Add the eggs and vanilla, beat well. </DIV>
<DIV>Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. </DIV>
<DIV>Blend in the zucchini.&nbsp;&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>Pour into greased and floured&nbsp;&nbsp;9 x 13-inch baking pan. </DIV>
<DIV>Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. </DIV>
<DIV>Bake at 325-degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.</DIV>
