3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups grated zucchini
2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix eggs, oil, vanilla, sugar and zucchini.  In large bowl combine
flour, cocoa, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and baking powder.  Add
zucchini mix to dry ingredients.  Stir in chopped nuts and chocolate
chips.  Pour into 2 greased 5" x 9" loaf pans.

Bake 45 minutes or until cake tests done.  (Bake 40 minutes for 3
small pans.)
