White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Yum....DH loves them and it's so holiday. Thought I would share.

White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup butter -- softened
1 cup brown sugar -- firmly packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs -- beaten
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 ounces semisweet white chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 375°. Blend together butter, sugars, and vanilla until
creamy. Mix in 2 beaten eggs. Gradually add flour, baking soda, and
salt. Mix well. Stir in white chocolate chips and cranberries. Drop by
rounded teaspoon 2" apart on to ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes
or until golden brown.

Makes about 4-5 dozen cookies

these do sound good, I hope to make the for goodie baskeeeeets. Anyone have any making ahead & freezing tips? I don't know how well they would turn out in a cookie dough log, or frozen individually already cooked?
Any experiences?
