Craving chocolate - here is a yummie Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe

These are the best and I can't keep them in the house, they are eaten so fast.

Chocolate chip cookies

2 1/2 c. margarine
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar (I use 3/4 c.)
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt (I don't use this)

Mix together thoroughly and stir in 6 eggs, unbeaten. Beat until fluffy and add:

4 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. cream of tartar (I don't use - its too expensive)
7 c. flour
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts, if desired

Mix well and bake at 325 degress for approx. 10 minutes. Make sure you do no overbake. Yields approx. 10 dozen. They freeze well also.
