    Default Chocolate Eclair Dessert

    I was just reading all the yummy recipe posts and so forth and I remembered this dessert that my aunt brought with her one day when she came to visit, it is super easy and keeps very well.

    2 boxes vanilla instant pudding
    1 container of french vanilla Cool Whip
    Graham crackers
    1 container chocolate frosting (of course you can make your own too)

    Mix up pudding as directed, fold pudding into Cool Whip. Place a layer of graham crackers in a 9x13 pan, top with pudding/cool whip mix, another layer of graham crackers, and so on. After the top layer, warm the frosting for just a couple of seconds in the microwave and spread over the top. Refidgerate for a couple of hours before serving.

    I've had this at a Mommies Group (mommies night in/play date) It's wonderful... SUPER sweet. Not for the faint of heart! LOL
