Snowman Soup..... (Hot Chocolate)
Ingredients:
10 1/2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
5 ounces non-dairy creamer
3 cups cocoa
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2 cups of mini marshmellows
1 cup choc chips
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients listed above and blend well. Pour cocoa mix into glass canning jars and top with a pretty square piece of fabric. Decoarte the top of the jar and a card that includes directions for making the hot Choc...
For the label include these instructions:
Combine ¼ cup Home Made Cocoa Mix and ¾ cup boiling water into cup, stir to blend, and enjoy!
A little packet of finely ground starlight candies or candy cane can be added... I grind starlights and candy canes in a coofee grinder...Last years candy canes can be used for this...

i told my husband it was snowman soup but i reading the ingredents at the same time. Dah he thought it was water. How sad hu.

WE did this last year, bought dollar store cups and the commerical plastic for over gifts. It was a BIG hit.
I used cute graphics on the pc.........just darling.

Heaven, thank your dh for me.... I got thinking about your post, we have done stone soup, why not snowman soup and start with snow and heat it up for the water to add.... Might be fun for the kids...... I always tell them...."Watch out where those huskys go and don't you eat that yellow snow"............

I did quarts, but as I remember 3 quarts.... so I if I am thinking right ..... 6 pints
