Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup strong coffee
1/2 cup non-fat milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour

Instructions:
Place the cocoa, sugar, coffee, milk, vanilla extract and salt in a non-reactive sauce pan.

Heat over medium heat whisking constantly until the sauce becomes smooth.

Add the flour and whisk for another minute.

As the sauce just begins to thicken remove from the heat.
