    Default Marbled fudge

    Marbled fudge

    Recipe Description
    Quick and easy fudge
    Preparation Steps:
Line 8x8x2 baking pan with waxed paper.
    Level of Difficulty:
    easy
    Time Needed:
    1/2 hour (+ cooling time)
    Ingredients:
    3 c. semi-sweet choc chips
    14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
    1 1/2 t. vanilla extract
10 oz. white chocolate baking bar
    nuts (optional)
    Serves:
Depends on how much fudge you can eat in one serving!!
    Directions:
In large saucepan, combine choc chips and sweetened condensed milk. Cook over low, stirring constantly, until chips are melted.

Remove from heat. Add vanilla and stir. (If you like nuts, you can add them here, too.)

Break white chocolate bar into pieces. Stir into choc chips/milk mixture just until blended in. Do not overblend.

Pour mixture into wax-paper lined baking pan. Let cool in fridge two hours or until firm enough to cut into squares.

Turn fudge out onto cutting board. Cut into squares.

Makes approx 2 1/2 lbs of fudge
