Nestle's Famous Fudge


Recipe Description
So good!! They don't call it famous for nothing!
Preparation Steps:
Line an 8x8" baking pan with foil
Level of Difficulty:
Medium
Time Needed:
30 minutes (+ 2 hours chilling)
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 T. butter
1/4 t. salt
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
1 t. vanilla extract
Serves:
49 pieces
Directions:
Combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt in a heavy duty medium sized sauce pan. Stirring constantly over medium heat, bring to a full rolling boil. Boil and stir constantly for 4-5 minutes.

Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until marshmallows are melted.

Pour into prepared baking pan.

Chill for two hours prior to cutting.
