Nestle's Famous Fudge
Nestle's Famous Fudge
Recipe DescriptionSo good!! They don't call it famous for nothing!Preparation Steps:Line an 8x8" baking pan with foilLevel of Difficulty:MediumTime Needed:30 minutes (+ 2 hours chilling)Ingredients:1 1/2 c. sugarServes:
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 T. butter
1/4 t. salt
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
1 t. vanilla extract49 piecesDirections:Combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt in a heavy duty medium sized sauce pan. Stirring constantly over medium heat, bring to a full rolling boil. Boil and stir constantly for 4-5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until marshmallows are melted.
Pour into prepared baking pan.
Chill for two hours prior to cutting.DH aka Mad Hen
