    S'mores Crumb Bars

    Recipe Description
You don't have to be camping to enjoy the great taste of s'mores
    Preparation Steps:Level of Difficulty:
    Easy
    Time Needed:
    1 hr
    Ingredients:
    3 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
    1/3 cup sugar
    3 cups miniature marshmallows
    2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
    Serves:
    36 bars
    Directions:
Combine the crumbs, butter and sugar; press half into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Top with remaining crumb mixture; press firmly. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately press top firmly with spatula. Cool completely. Cut into bars.

Bars are easy to cut once they are cool, when they are still warm you can't really cut them. I actually put them in the fridge for a short time. 15 minutes or so before cutting into them. They can be messy when you eat them but you will love them if you like s'mores.

Oh man...I knew after looking at the title that I shouldn't even read the recipe! Those look heavenly, but would be horrible for my diet!

Thanks for sharing though! I might have to find a special occassion for an excuse to make them!
