    Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies


    Recipe Description
    Three simple ingredients... a mouthful of yum.
    Preparation Steps:Level of Difficulty:
    Easy
    Time Needed:
    20 minutes
    Ingredients:
    1 c all-natural peanut
    butter (no
    hydrogenated
    vegetable oil)
    1/2 white sugar
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    Serves:
    2 dozen cookies
    Directions:
    Beat ingredients together with a wooden spoon.
    Form into small balls.
    Press balls down with a fork on an ungreased cookie
    sheet.
    Bake at 425F for 15 minutes but watch carefully (they
    may burn).

    Cool on a cooling rack and then freeze for later.
